Members of the Laborers Appalachian Regional Council, along with contractor affiliates, friends, and family, gathered to kick off their first Annual Golf Tournament dedicated to funding scholarships for students in Appalachia.

The tournament brought together union members and community partners for a day of golf, fellowship, and fundraising, with proceeds going toward the newly established Laborers Scholarship Fund.

The charity tournament raised more than $40,000 for the Laborers Scholarship Fund.
Investing in the Next Generation
The fund will cover tuition and other college expenses for recipients, helping families offset the rising cost of higher education and creating new opportunities for young people connected to the Laborers union.
